Customer Care Agent (Temporary) for Fashion brand in London

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent to help deliver an exceptional standard of customer service for the brand. The position offers a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a rapidly developing fashion brand. The individual will be working in our Chelsea office, alongside the sales team. It is vital that this individual is able to understand the importance of quality customer service and brand representation.

10 - 25 hours per week
Between £10.00 and £11.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

  • Managing the main customer phone line and email inbox
  • Processing customer orders and payments over the phone
  • Order management and customer relationship management
  • An intimate understanding of the collection, fabrics, stock arrival dates and brand knowledge will also be a crucial part of this role.
  • Using our CRM system to log phone calls and customer interactions
  • Communication to the sales team and to the rest of the business regarding customer feedback, problem-solving and garment/quality feedback

What we ask:

  • At least finished college A levels
  • Customer Service experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused at all times with the ability to deal with a variety of customers and situations
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Applicant should be both computer and technically literate
  • Initiative to escalate issues appropriately and handle decisions in a responsible way
  • Be able to think logically and calmly on their feet, use common sense and a service minded approach to dealing with issues as they arise
  • A love of The Fold brand and product, and complete, intrinsic understanding of our customers

Extra information

  • Role will commence between 24th September- 5th October 2018 (Monday-Friday for this 2 week period) with the potential for further part time work.
