Role Description This is a full-time Sales Advisor role. The Sales Advisor will work closely with dealer partners and customers to understand their finance needs, present suitable finance options, and guide them through the application and approval process. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound customer and dealer inquiries, preparing finance quotations, following up on leads, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. The role also involves building strong relationships with dealer partners, providing updates on applications, and offering support to help them maximize finance opportunities. The Sales Advisor will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender products, internal processes, and industry regulations, while contributing to continuous improvement and team collaboration.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and dealer partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to explain finance options clearly and professionally.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive experience.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, ideally within financial services or automotive sectors.
  • Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail when preparing quotations and handling finance documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of compliance.
  • Familiarity with motor finance, lending products, or dealership operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in basic IT systems and CRM tools; willingness to learn internal platforms and processes.


£27,000 Basic + Annual bonus
