What you'll be doing

HENI sits at the beating heart of the fine art world, and we're growing fast. Our client base spans UK and internationally, and we need sharp, energetic graduates to help us build those relationships - through calls, emails, and texts that are direct, warm, and built to get a response.

This is a desk-based role in our Soho office. It involves a lot of outreach and building relationships, and we want someone who is genuinely excited by that.

What we're looking for

You have some experience in sales or business development - and you're hungry to do more of it. You know what it feels like to work hard for a result, and you want to keep building on that. You communicate concisely - every word earns its place. You're curious about fine art. You pay attention to the small details. You're organised, driven, and willing to give it everything.

This role is for someone who wants to grow as a salesperson. If you're looking for a route into the broader art world or a stepping stone to another team, this probably isn't the right fit - but if sales is where you want to build your career, we want to hear from you.
