Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We’ve partnered with a rapidly scaling personal care brand to find their next Sales Support Executive / National Account Executive. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven, highly organised individual to make an impact in there wholesale business working across sales, ops, finance, and retail.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Administration

• Process wholesale orders from entry to fulfillment
• Maintain PO tracker and order records
• Create invoices and dispatch documentation

Customer & Retailer Support

• Provide day-to-day support to wholesale partners
• Resolve queries on products, pricing, orders, and delivery
• Ensure clear, professional communication at all times

Inventory & Availability

• Monitor stock levels and retailer availability
• Track sales trends and order run rates
• Recommend replenishment and manage stock reports

Sales Reporting & Analysis

• Compile sell-in and sell-out reports
• Analyse data using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots)
• Maintain sales trackers and customer data
• Support forecasting and performance analysis

Account Management Support

• Assist with product listings, pricing, and launches
• Manage product copy, imagery, and retailer formats
• Ensure accuracy of data across all platforms

Logistics Coordination

• Support UK and international order deliveries
• Liaise with logistics and distribution partners
