Part-Time Property Viewing Representative (Viewber)
We are looking for a reliable and personable Property Viewing Representative to conduct accompanied viewings on behalf of our lettings business. Viewings primarily in East London, with occasional appointments across Greater London
What are you going to do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and conduct property viewings across London.
- Welcome and accompany prospective tenants during viewings.
- Provide property information and answer general enquiries.
- Record and submit viewing feedback promptly.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Participate in weekly video meetings and monthly in-person team meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, organised, and professional.
- Comfortable travelling across London when required.
- Access to a smartphone and ability to use video conferencing platforms.
- Previous property or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Location: Primarily East London, with occasional appointments across Greater London
Hours: Typically 4:00pm – 8:00pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday appointments
Working Arrangement: Remote/Flexible
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour plus Travelcard expenses
The successful candidate will meet prospective tenants at properties, provide a professional introduction to the accommodation, answer basic questions, and relay feedback following each viewing.
