Job description

Timextender delivers secure, trusted, AI-ready data for every decision.

Our metadata-first platform enables mid-sized enterprises to build future-proof data infrastructure 10x faster than traditional methods. By automating the complex layers of data ingestion, preparation, and delivery, Timextender provides a secure foundation for analytics and AI across cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments. We give data teams the agility they need and the governance compliance demands.

Your role as Revenue Student Worker

As a Revenue Student Worker at Timextender, you will be supporting our Sales and Revenue teams with a mix of outreach, analysis, and operational tasks that keep our pipeline moving. You will work closely with colleagues across Europe and the US, getting hands-on experience with how a growing B2B SaaS company drives and manages revenue. This is intentionally a varied role with global exposure, you will touch many parts of the revenue organisation and work with colleagues across multiple regions.

The working hours for this role will be approximately 15 hours per week. We acknowledge that your education comes first and are flexible about when you work. Our focus will be on your output. You will mainly work remotely, with the opportunity to meet with colleagues as agreed from time to time.

For this role, you must currently be based in the UK with full authorisation to work, and you must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in the UK with at least 1 year left of your studies.

Your main areas of work will include:

  • SDR support, including outreach to Marketing Qualified Leads via email or phone to book meetings with our sales team across UK, Benelux, the Nordics, and North America
  • Using AI tools to support outreach, research, and sales preparation tasks, helping the team work faster and more effectively
  • Supporting our sales enablement efforts: preparing meeting-prep packs and talking points that help our salespeople walk into customer conversations well prepared (for example, pulling together context and suggested topics ahead of upcoming meetings)
  • Supporting the partner programme: helping with partner administration, onboarding logistics, and keeping partner records and trackers up to date as the programme scales
  • Working with the Revenue Operations and Customer Success teams to support their initiatives, including quoting, upsells, cross-sell, and renewals
  • Maintaining and improving data quality in our CRM, including updating contact information and cleaning records
  • Preparing materials and summaries to support sales meetings and follow-ups
  • Building reports and dashboards based on existing data in our systems
  • Supporting analysis and reporting tasks, including ad hoc work in Excel and PowerPoint, with guidance from the Revenue team

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree within business, finance, economics, or a related field, and have at least 1 year left of your studies
  • Have a genuine interest in and are willing to learn about sales and in understanding how B2B technology companies grow
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to new contacts with confidence and professionalism
  • Are comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work and see them as a natural part of how you get things done
  • Are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a good analytical eye and strong attention to detail
  • Are self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment
