Salary: £16,758.27 - £19,072.05 per annum / pro rata

£33,516.54 - £38,144.09 per annum / full time equivalent

Due to growth within thedepartment, an exciting opportunity has become available at South StaffordshireCollege for a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic Work PlacementCoordinator/Assessor to join our successful Early Years team.

This is an exciting opportunityfor the right candidate to make a real impact on learners' development andprogression. In this role, you will work with a diverse student population,sourcing and securing suitable work placements, monitoring learner progress,and carrying out assessments in line with curriculum requirements. You willalso report progress to the curriculum team and ensure placements meet qualityand safety standards.

The successful applicant will havestrong communication and organisational skills, the ability to workcollaboratively as part of a team and independently and hold an assessorqualification.

Current occupational experience inan Early Years setting is essential, along with a full UK driving licence andaccess to a car.

Experience of supporting learnerson T Levels is highly desirable, and experience in carrying out riskassessments would be an advantage.
