We’re looking for a driven KIT Sales Executive to help expand our footprint by introducing industry-leading Launch Monitor technology across the EMEA region. This role owns a defined territory and is responsible for building pipeline, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing new business that directly impacts company growth.


This is an opportunity for a competitive, relationship-oriented salesperson who enjoys owning their book of business, working in a fast-paced environment, and selling a product they can truly believe in.

ABOUT THIS ROLE


As a KIT Sales Executive, you will be part of the wider Sales team with a key focus on selling our Launch Monitor, as designed by Tiger Woods. Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling the KIT Launch Monitors to Golfers, Trainee / PGA Professionals, Directors of Golf, Golf Club Secretaries / General Managers and Touring Professionals. You will also be expected to attend & run activations at Corporate / Charity Golf Days, as well as supporting Full Swing ambassadors at Tour events.

A target driven and self motivated salesperson, you’ll be a strong team player who is passionate about their products and keen to travel across Europe & further afield when called upon. Naturally curious, you’ll always be looking for new commercial opportunities, and will enjoy picking up the phone, making new connections, pitching, negotiating, and closing business.

This role requires good listening and communication skills to manage your own business, as well as working within a team and ensuring customers receive a consistent, high level of customer care from demo through to purchase.

AS A SALES EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL:


  • Own and develop a defined sales territory, focusing on golf courses, driving ranges, club fitters, and golf retail locations
  • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and relationship building
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Accurately track activities, pipeline, and opportunities in company CRM
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product updates
  • Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and performance insights

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:


  • Fully ramped on product knowledge, CRM, and sales process
  • Consistent outbound activity with a healthy, qualified pipeline
  • First closed deals within the first 60–90 days
  • Progressing toward quota with clear momentum and territory ownership

  • Software or technology sales experience
  • Experience selling higher-value or SAAS solutions
  • Keen Golfer
  • PGA Member ideally
