Senior Project Manager - Technology / Infrastructure (manufacturing) in Bradford

We’re recruiting for a Senior Project Manager, with extensive experience, to support our manufacturing business. The role is based at our Head Office in Bradford.

The role is to deliver technology systems and infrastructure into Morrisons manufacturing sites so there is an element of travel within the role.

You’ll be working on projects of varying scale and scope from £500k up to £10million. Typical projects include major infrastructure projects, packaged systems and bespoke agile implementation.

This is an exciting time to join Morrisons, following a restructure of the technology department and the strategic move to in-house development and cloud based computing.

You’ll need skills and experience like this to be a success in the role:

• Extensive experience in technology project management within either the retail, supply chain, or manufacturing business (7-10 yrs)

• Infrastructure project management

• Apps and system delivery experience

• Strong vendor management and stakeholder skills

• Strong delivery skills

• Experience of multiple delivery methodologies including both Waterfall and Agile.

• Ability to manage multiple medium to large complex projects

Retail/Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience and a Project management qualification e.g. Prince 2, are both  essential to the role.
