Morrisons Foundation Advisor in Bradford

We are recruiting for a Morrisons Foundation Advisor to join the team at our Head Office in Bradford.

**This is a full time position but we would consider applicants looking to Job Share**

You will be responsible for processing all incoming grant applications and the end-to-end management of colleague match funding requests. The role holder will research, summarise and advise on grant applications for review by Morrisons Foundation Trustees. They will ensure that applicants (both charities and colleagues) receive a good level of service including prompt updates, the preparation of necessary paperwork and the organisation of cheque presentations. Another key part of the role is to support the delivery of the communications plan including preparing engaging digital content, drafting press releases and leading on the engagement with in-store Community Champions.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

•Good understanding of the Morrisons Foundation

•Basic understanding of the voluntary sector

•Good understanding of Morrisons and food retail

•Good IT skills and competence with CRM software or    equivalent

•Good written communication skills

•Empathetic and confident communicator

•Ability to prioritise tasks

•Excellent organisational and planning skills

•Good numeracy skills

•Ability to summarise large amounts of information

• Experience of working in a customer-focussed environment

• Experience working with CRM software – Salesforce or equivalent
