Home & Leisure Central Operations Advisor
We are currently recruiting for 2 Home & Leisure Advisors to work alongside the Home & Leisure Team in the following positions:
Communications Role:
Act as a conduit between Home & Leisure Central Operations Team and Field Based teams - Managing communications and updates
Manage communications plan to ensure store teams are engaged to maximise sales through great Home & Leisure execution in store
Driving new lines and energy behind this with store teams through the communications channels and Home & Leisure Coaches
Communicating effectively with our stores whilst providing support / guidance in relation to all operation queries and escalations
Listening and responding to feedback shared from the Home & Leisure Coaches, ensuring that this is shared with the right team to see through to completion for the customer
Support the delivery of change in a positive manner which inspires our store colleagues to engage and embrace change
Ways of Working Role:
Working with the Home & Leisure Central team and Retail Team to identify and implement opportunities to reduce wasted effort and invest time into customer service
Working with peers within the wider team to share operational best practice and understand how their activities have an impact on stores
Organising and attending listening groups and developing an improvement plan
Building consistency across all stores in the execution of range resets and promotional changeovers
Support the delivery of change in a positive manner which inspires our store colleagues to engage and embrace change
Knowledge Required:
Home & Leisure and wider retail knowledge
Store operations
Skills Required:
Strong listening skills
Good PC Skills – Microsoft office applications
Good organisation,
Prioritisation skills
A Can Do attitude
Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the plan
Experience Required:
Understanding of in store working practices and operations for Home & Leisure
