PARALEGAL - RESTRUCTURING (KNOWLEDGE)

£55,000 - 60,000

6 MONTH CONTRACT (Strong Chance of Extension)

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a top US firm for a paralegal to join the Restructuring team.

THE FIRM

The firm is top tier and has offices all over the US and Europe. The London office is the hub of the European market and is mid-sized, meaning it has the best of both worlds - the friendly feel of a mid-sized firm, but handling the work of the biggest firms.

THE ROLE

You can look forward to working closely with the Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) and also assist on transactions.

Typical duties may include:

• Legal research
• Managing precedents, templates and standard clauses
• Preparing know how briefings
• Horizon scanning and monitoring key legal and regulatory developments
• Assisting with organising client events
• Assisting with research into and the implementation of tech and AI platforms
• Liaising with third party providers and testing tools and AI prompts
• Managing the admin relating to the tech and AI subscriptions
• Assisting with BD tasks including preparing pitches and responding to tenders

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent academics
• Good AI Skills
• Knowledge or Restructuring experience at US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a future trainee who has their training contract secured for March 2027 or later who has an interest in Restructuring as the skills you will learn will be invaluable for your training contract.
