We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our lovely team at Baby Scanning Newton Mearns.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their experience with us. You will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly while providing a professional, friendly, and caring service to every visitor.

✨ Key Responsibilities

✔ Welcoming clients with a friendly and professional manner

✔ Managing appointments and booking schedules

✔ Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries

✔ Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

✔ Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming

✔ Supporting the team to provide the best possible experience for clients

✔ Assisting with social media and marketing to help grow our customer base

✔ Providing occasional holiday cover at other branches when required

What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ A warm, compassionate, and approachable personality

✅ Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail

✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment

✅ Basic IT skills and confidence using booking systems

✅ Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

✅ Reliability and flexibility, especially for evening and weekend shifts
