We are currently recruiting for a Host to join a prestigious luxury maison in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about client experience and luxury service, acting as the first point of contact within an elegant and high-profile boutique environment.

✨ Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a warm, professional welcome to all clients, ensuring an exceptional first impression

• Managing client flow and coordinating appointments within the boutique

• Supporting the sales team by facilitating a seamless client journey

• Maintaining the boutique atmosphere to the highest luxury standards

• Assisting with hospitality, including refreshments and client comfort

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Impeccable presentation and communication skills

• A confident, calm, and service-driven approach

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or front-of-house

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
