Sustainability Analyst & Business Operations

Location: London

Hybrid working (3 days office-based)

A growing sustainability consultancy is looking for a bright and organised Graduate to support the founder and team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about sustainability and wants to build their career at the centre of a fast-growing business. You will work closely with the Founder, helping coordinate day-to-day activity across the company and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The role offers exposure to business operations, projects, and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Founder with diary management and meeting coordination

Managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials

Helping organise travel and key events

Maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and internal trackers

Assisting with office coordination and day-to-day administration

Supporting projects and business initiatives across the team

About You

Graduate with a strong interest in sustainability

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and professional manner

Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and interested in new technology and AI tools
