Job Summary

The Studio Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. From managing day-to-day administrative tasks, submitting payments and onboarding new suppliers. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting creative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the studio’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and events.
  2. Process payments for suppliers and freelancers.
  3. Support Photography team with image uploading.
  4. Assist in the management of studio equipment and supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  5. Handle incoming communications.
  6. Assist with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records.
  7. Prepare and maintain contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
  8. Support the creative team with administrative tasks.


Qualifications

  • Operations Management, or related field with 1 year of experience in process coordination or studio operations.
  • Proficiency in learning new software, project tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in process optimization and workflow improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
