This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across marketing, events, communications, and brand activations, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
What you'll be doing
As a Hospitality Graduate, you'll support the delivery of hospitality campaigns and unforgettable customer experiences, including:
Hospitality Communications
- Assist in the development of hospitality campaigns.
- Support promotion of events across customer and employee channels
- Develop Sales tools to support customer nominations
- Help manage campaign timelines and track deliverables
- Assist with internal communications and campaign updates
- Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Helping manage ticketing, hospitality programmes, and internal requests
- Maintaining accurate records of campaigns, budgets, and assets
- Supporting presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and partners
- Supporting the planning and delivery of sponsorship activations and events
- Assisting with logistics such as venues, travel arrangements, and materials
- Playing an active role in on-site event delivery - from set-up to guest experience
- Supporting engagement activities for customers, employees, and partners
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and ready to learn:
- A recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- A strong interest in marketing, sponsorships, events, or communications
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience in social media or content creation
- Exposure to event planning or marketing projects
- Hands-on experience working on global sponsorships and campaigns
- Exposure to live events, brand activations, and stakeholder management
