What are you going to do:
Claire Sharryn Roberto Consultancy is seeking an experienced Development Chef & Culinary Lead to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time relocation opportunity working directly with Chef Claire Sharryn Roberto on international restaurant concepts, menu development, recipe creation, and culinary consulting projects.
The successful candidate will develop innovative recipes, create menus across various dietary requirements, train client kitchen teams, travel internationally for project delivery, and contribute to restaurant openings and operational excellence. As the role grows, you will also lead and mentor other chefs.
We are looking for a creative chef with excellent technical skills, refined plating ability, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. Applicants must be proficient in spoken and written English, willing to relocate to Dubai, and available for international travel.
