Kick-start your HR career with Sureserve Compliance Electrical! We're looking for an ambitious HR Support Apprentice to join our growing team in Waltham Abbey. This is your opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 HR Support qualification alongside hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration. Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Essential: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Math at grade C or above
• Essential: Ability to travel to office location with limited access to public transport
• A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources, ideally within a service-led or operational environment

Salary: £18,720 per annum

Location: Waltham Abbey

Contract Type: Apprenticeship

Working Hours: 40hrs per week

Working pattern: Monday-Friday

Holiday entitlement: 24 days, plus bank holidays
