What are you going to do:
1. Typing
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of computer systems, word processing and typing equipment
- Accurate typing with respect to grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Ensure client requirements are met
- Follow required format for all reports
- Successfully complete the Everlight Typist Training Programme
- Observe ISO 27001 policy requirements at all times
2. Communication
- Ensure effective communication channels are maintained at all times;
- Ensure that communication is clear throughout all offices, especially between OCs, radiologists and clients;
- Build strong relationships with radiologists, external clients and all staff at RRO;
- Show a high level of professionalism and accountability;
- Report and communicate all incidents to management
- Advise management if additional typing support is required
3. IT
- Troubleshoot any IT issues related to the desk and escalate those beyond capability to the IT Manager.
4. Ad Hoc Requirements
- Complete ad hoc duties requested by senior management or line managers
- In addition to the above you will be expected to deliver a number of other reasonable
tasks that the organisation or client requests of you to meet the needs of
this evolving business.

Extra information
We are looking for casual medical typists who are able to work mainly evenings and weekends. Shifts start no earlier than 7am and end no later than 11pm. Includes bank holidays.
