Role: Revenue Analyst


Location: Manchester


Working Hours: 37.5



Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Optimisation for specified gateways using, price, market knowledge and promotion levers to hit desired revenue, load factor and market share targets.
  • Become the Airline specialist for specific gateways with significant input over intake plans and forecasting. Able to identify, act upon and disseminate to wider team the revenue opportunities and risks for these areas.
  • Analysis of Market and Competitors to drive commercial actions.
  • Provide lead and support manager in developing reporting and processes to enable continuous improvement of departmental best practices.

Capabilities Profile – technical skills/knowledge, experience & track record.


Must have:

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent thinker with exceptional analytical skills
  • A proven track record of performance in a commercial or analytical environment
  • Ability to effectively summarise large amounts of data and confidently communicate findings to management



  • Experience of Revenue Management Systems and RM theory
  • Experience in GDS airline inventory or reservation systems
  • Experience in Travel Industry


Qualifications, Training, Professional Memberships or Accreditations


  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Science, Business, Economics or Accountancy related subjects
