Contract Business Analyst | Private Equity | Private Markets | SaaS, Data & AI

Role: Business Analyst

Rate: Up to £650 p/d, Outside IR35

Duration: Circa 12 months

Location: Central London - 3 days p/w in the office

We’re partnered with a leading global investment firm operating across private equity and credit markets, who are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support projects across Fund Operations, Investor Relations and Capital Formation.

You’ll work across several data, technology and process initiatives, turning ambiguous business problems into practical solutions. This will include interrogating data in Snowflake, gathering requirements, improving processes and exploring opportunities for automation and AI.

They’re looking for:

• Business Analyst experience within private markets or institutional investment management
• Strong hands-on SQL skills and exposure to Snowflake
• Experience across data, SaaS, CRM or investment-platform projects
• Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping capability
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
• Confidence working independently across multiple workstreams
