Personal Assistant | Investment Management | West End | Hybrid

Permanent | Full Time | £40,000–£50,000 DOE

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to a busy investment team. You'll be a trusted point of contact, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while liaising confidently with investors, advisers and senior stakeholders.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a Personal Assistant or Senior Team Assistant from investment management, asset management, private equity, real estate or financial services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings and stakeholder coordination.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, itineraries and accommodation.
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor events and team activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and business documentation.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with external advisers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support office operations, facilities and general administration.



About You

  • Previous PA or Senior Team Assistant experience within financial services or investment.
  • Strong diary management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; exposure to AI tools is advantageous.
  • Professional, adaptable and collaborative, with a positive, can-do approach.
