Executive Assistant
West End, London | Circa £80,000 + Bonus & Exceptional Benefits | Hybrid Working
Three days per week in the office, increasing to four during the probation period
We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a C-suite executive, a member of the Global Leadership Committee and a Managing Director within its Investments division.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a global investment business, partnering with three highly influential leaders. Supporting executives who operate at an international level, you'll become a trusted extension of the leadership team, ensuring they can focus on driving the business whilst you expertly manage the operational demands of their day-to-day activities.
One of the executives spends more than 100 days each year travelling globally to meet investors and stakeholders, making this a role that requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and the ability to anticipate priorities in an ever-changing environment. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who enjoys building long-term partnerships, takes ownership and is confident operating with autonomy at the highest level.

The Role
- Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to a C-suite executive, a member of the Global Leadership Committee and a Managing Director within the Investments division.
- Building trusted partnerships with senior leadership, anticipating needs and acting as a true extension of the executives you support.
- Managing highly complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
- Coordinating extensive global travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and complex logistics.
- Coordinating investor meetings, leadership meetings, conferences and international business travel.
- Preparing presentations, briefing packs and executive documentation to an exceptional standard.
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising sound judgement and complete discretion.
- Managing expenses, correspondence and day-to-day executive administration.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, investors and external stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the business.
About You
- Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, Global Heads, Managing Directors, Partners or other senior leaders within private equity, private credit, investment management, asset management, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
- Extensive experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel and changing priorities.
- Experience supporting executives with significant international travel and demanding schedules.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to anticipate needs and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at the highest levels.
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A collaborative approach and genuine enjoyment of building long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.
