Job Title: PMO Reporting Analyst

Location: Bristol (Remote – 1 day on-site)

Day rate: £350 - £385

The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Digital & IT PMO team supporting a complex portfolio of transformation and technology change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and maintain portfolio performance data across Digital & IT programmes
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management information using Power BI, Excel and similar tools
• Produce standard and ad-hoc reporting packs for PMO leadership and stakeholder groups
• Analyse project and portfolio performance trends, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
• Support governance forums, assurance reviews, lifecycle gates and PMO reporting activities
• Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas and data manipulation
• Good understanding of project lifecycles, governance frameworks and PMO processes

Desirable Experience

• Experience with SAP, Jira or similar enterprise systems
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of Power Automate, SQL or Python

Due to the nature of this project, the successful candidate must be eligible or hold Active SC Clearance and be sole a British national.
