The Role

As Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery by:

  • Coordinating IT device logistics, onboarding, and build schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM systems and internal documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal technical teams to fulfil client requests
  • Monitoring SLAs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Supporting compliance and audit processes, including ISO-aligned documentation

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude

(Experience in IT services, MSPs, or technology environments is beneficial but not essential.)

Why Join?

This is a modern IT services business that genuinely invests in its people. Their culture is built around:

  • Tenacity – Taking ownership and seeing things through
  • Listening – Understanding problems before solving them
  • Customer Innovation – Helping clients achieve more through technology
  • Positivity – Creating an open, supportive working environment

You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your contribution is valued and development is encouraged.

The Offer
