Executive Assistant - Private Equity | Credit Team, EMEA
Central London
£65,000 plus excellent benefits and a generous discretionary bonus
My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support their Private Credit Team based in Central London. This role will provide seamless support to the Managing Director and the wider team. The Executive Assistant Role:
You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the team operations running smoothly, including:
- Scheduling and coordinating complex internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Partnering with the corporate travel provider to arrange executive travel
- Completing monthly travel tracking requirements
- Assisting with investor reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Using Microsoft Office and IM tools to manage calendars, contacts, and tasks
- Managing multiple projects
- Organising and maintaining fund-related files, reports, and presentations
- Managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks
- Upholding confidentiality across all sensitive matters
- Preparing Concur expense reports and tracking reimbursements
- Providing holiday cover for other EAs and supporting wider business needs
Education & Experience
- University degree or equivalent preferred
- Must have experience in a corporate environment, ideally financial services
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high‑energy setting
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with strong follow through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Adaptability and comfort managing shifting priorities
- Resourcefulness, particularly in online research for project work
- A positive, team‑oriented approach
