This global sports brand is building something bigger across Europe’s biggest online marketplaces — and they need a sharp, commercially obsessed Online Marketplace Planner ready to move fast, think smart, and make impact from day one.

This is trading instinct + marketplace strategy + street-level hustle.

• You’ll shape assortments
• Drive inventory decisions
• Own trading performance
• Help scale across platforms like Zalando, ASOS, About You and more.

You’ll work across buying, planning, inventory optimisation, sell-through analysis, catalogue management, and marketplace growth strategy — with real ownership and zero autopilot.

THE CANDIDATE FIT:

• 3-6 years in planning / buying with marketplace operations
• Fashion, footwear or sports background preferred
• OTB Management & Sell through tracking experience
• Advanced Excel + forecasting skills
• Proactive energy. Team-first mindset. Commercial edge.
