This opportunity is ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys combining analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving to drive meaningful business change. Working closely with clients and delivery teams, you will play a key role in transforming business requirements into actionable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.


You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to complex business transformation programmes
  • Analyse and improve business processes and operating models
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering activities
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to shape solutions
  • Support change initiatives from concept through to delivery
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders


Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and document AS‑IS and TO‑BE process models
  • Gather, validate, and prioritise requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops
  • Produce functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and workflow documentation
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate workshops between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Develop business cases and support solution evaluation activities
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to key stakeholders
  • Maintain project artefacts, including requirements traceability documentation


Key Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst within transformation, consulting, or change environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
  • Understanding of business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Experience across multiple phases of the project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methods and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
