Business Analyst — LabWare LIMS (Pharma)

London (Hybrid, 3 days on-site/week)

⏳ 3-month contract intiially (extendable)

£300-340/day, Inside IR35

A pharmaceutical client is looking for a LabWare LIMS Business Analyst to sit between the business and technical teams and help shape and optimise their LIMS environment. You'll turn business needs into clear functional specs and keep delivery on track.

What you'll be doing:

• Gathering requirements with business stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications for LabWare LIMS
• Working with LabWare's pharma data structures and configuration, and supporting LabWare–SAP interface design for clean data exchange
• Configuring and validating workflows across LOT management, stability studies and environmental monitoring
• Shaping data migration approaches from legacy systems, with a focus on data integrity, mapping, cleansing and validation
• Documenting processes and configurations and acting as a go-to knowledge point across QA, IT and the business

You'll bring 8+ years' BA experience, strong LabWare LIMS expertise and a solid pharmaceutical background. Occasional travel to a client site elsewhere in the UK may be needed depending on project demands.
