Some property management roles are all about keeping the wheels turning.

This isn't one of them.

I am looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking ownership of a retail portfolio, building relationships that matter, and making commercial decisions that have a visible impact. You'll inherit a diverse regional portfolio of shopping centres, retail parks and commercial assets where you'll be trusted to manage them as if they were your own.

This is a business where property management isn't treated as an administrative function. It's valued. Your opinion counts, your recommendations are listened to, and you'll have the autonomy to improve how assets operate rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

The role is broad, varied and commercially focused. One day you'll be working with clients on service charge performance and portfolio strategy, the next you'll be leading contractor reviews, overseeing compliance, resolving occupier issues or delivering improvement projects. It's a position that rewards people who enjoy variety and take pride in running high-performing properties.

The successful person will be comfortable balancing the operational detail with the bigger picture. Strong client relationships, robust financial control, statutory compliance and exceptional customer experience all carry equal importance.
