Apprentice Protection Case Handler

Are you a person with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, task-accuracy and people skills? At Dynamo, we're looking for organised, customer-focused individuals to join our Protection team.

You'll manage protection applications from start to finish, keeping cases moving, supporting customers and advisers, and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

• Managing protection cases from application to completion.
• Liaising with customers, advisers, providers and third parties.
• Processing documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Keeping clients updated throughout their journey.
• Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Maintaining compliant, accurate records in line with FCA requirements.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and service standards.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Great attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• Previous administration or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential.
