What we're looking for

→ A track record running or building systematic strategies

→ Crypto is ideal, but crypto-adjacent MFT stat arb in EM, FX or commodities transfers cleanly

→ Not a fit for pure ultra-low-latency HFT backgrounds, this is mid-frequency

→ Belief in crypto as an asset class. Scepticism doesn't work here
