Customer Service Administrator

£28,000 - £30,000 | Harlow | Monday-Friday

We're seeking a customer-focused professional with experience in an office-based customer service role, managing inbound emails and enquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information on product availability and orders.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, customer support, retail head office, contact centre, or DTC who is looking to join a business where customer experience sits at the heart of everything they do.

What you'll be doing

• You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product enquiries, order updates, deliveries, returns and general support.
• Most customer interactions are handled via email, alongside some telephone support, making this an ideal role for someone with excellent written communication skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
• Working across the whole business, you'll help ensure every customer receives a fast, positive and professional experience.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in customer service, customer care, customer support or customer experience
• Strong written communication skills
• A positive, empathetic and professional approach
• Good problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using CRM, customer service or ticketing systems is beneficial
