We are supporting a highly regarded global investment firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to join their Investor Relations team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a purpose-driven investment business with a strong international presence, operating at the forefront of sustainable investing and long-term value creation. You will become a part of a collaborative and high-performing team where Executive Assistants are viewed as true business partners. Working within a fast-paced and globally connected environment, you will support senior stakeholders across client relations and capital-raising activities, while gaining exposure to investors, fundraising initiatives and international events.
The Role
This is a busy, high-calibre Executive Assistant role supporting an Investor Relations team within a dynamic and relationship-driven environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently, managing complex logistics, coordinating investor activity and helping deliver a first-class experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Core Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Hybrid (2 days working from home, with flexibility required)
- Central London

About You
This role will suit an experienced EA who enjoys working at pace, building relationships and delivering exceptional support within a client-facing environment.
- Ideally 5+ years' EA experience within private equity, financial services, consulting or legal environments
- Experience supporting Investor Relations, fundraising or client-facing teams is beneficial
- Strong diary and travel coordination experience
- Comfortable managing complex logistics and changing priorities
- High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Commercially aware, adaptable and able to work independently
- Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team culture
