Our client is a well-established and highly respected main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across London.
They specialise in:
- High-end residential construction and refurbishment
- Commercial construction and fit-out
- Luxury property renovations
Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to appoint two experienced Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Projects
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing one of the following prestigious schemes:
- A £6m demolition and new-build commercial/retail development.
- An £8m refurbishment of seven luxury apartments, incorporating significant structural alterations and high-end finishes.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all on-site activities from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme and project specifications.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Carrying out regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Managing site logistics and sequencing of works.
- Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management.
- Resolving on-site issues efficiently to minimise delays.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensuring projects are completed to an exceptional standard, particularly within high-end environments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager with a reputable main contractor.
- Experience delivering high-end residential, commercial or refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural works and finishing trades.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail.

- CSCS Managers Card
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
