We are looking for a Claims Operations Analyst to support the effective management and oversight of delegated claims arrangements within a growing insurance environment.
This role will focus on maintaining strong governance, supporting partner relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring claims processes meet operational and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting the setup and ongoing management of delegated claims partnerships
- Maintaining agreements, reporting, systems, and performance records
- Assisting with audits, reviews, and improvement projects
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective claims oversight
About you
- Previous experience within the insurance sector
- Understanding of claims processes and delegated authority arrangements
- Knowledge of insurance principles, regulatory requirements, and market practices
