Job description Wellbeing Clinic Marketing and Business Student Intern
Hours by Mutual Agreement (c. 2-5 hours per week)
Fixed term for c.20 weeks from September 2026- May 2027
Grade 3 (£13.45 per hour)

As a result of charitable funding, we are excited to launch a Wellbeing Clinic, a supervised but student-run venture offering, among other services, business and marketing advice to SMEs, charities, and third-sector organisations within Dundee. The Clinic will offer a twilight service and has been set up as a project to be launched in a series of phases.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Clinic Manager and following a short period of paid training and induction, you will be involved in delivering a digital marketing support service to SMEs, charities and third sector organisations who would benefit from practical support in a range of business and marketing services. The Business and Marketing arm of the Clinic started in March 2026 and operates during term time only. The working hours are Wednesday afternoons, on campus, between 3-8pm.
The role requires excellent organisational, team working and communication skills, and a commitment to offer a high-level of customer service for clinic users. This includes working within the bounds of privacy notices and secure data management requirements.
