25 hours per week
Between £22,000 and £35,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

The role is focused on earning yourself a lot of money by building relationships, networking, identifying and sourcing talent, developing new business and driving revenue. TEKsystems is a global recruitment business and you will be working with FTSE 100 businesses across industries such as Investment Banking, Digital and Financial Services.

The role involves:-

  • Sourcing clients through Negotiation, business development, Client meetings and networking at industry leading exhibitions.
  • Sourcing top candidates using advertising, networking, Headhunting
  • Managing interview processes and also negotiating with clients
  • Selling candidates to clients and jobs to candidates
