Production Coordinator – Womenswear

Are you an experienced Production Coordinator looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading high street fashion supplier, working with trend-driven womenswear collections for some of the UK's best-known retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising purchase orders and managing day-to-day factory communication

• Liaising with in-house Technologists and customer technical teams regarding fits and approvals

• Managing and updating critical paths to ensure on-time delivery

• Overseeing the sample process from development through to production

• Approving lab dips, strike-offs, bulk fabrics, and production submissions

• Attending critical path meetings alongside Account Managers

• Coordinating with freight forwarders and managing shipment clearance processes

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in a Production Coordinator role within a supplier environment

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
