Continuous Improvement Coordinator | DWP Account | ISS UK


ISS is looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account.


Working alongside the Analytics & Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence across one of ISS UK's largest public sector contracts. You'll coordinate improvement initiatives, analyse business performance, and provide valuable insights that help shape operational decisions.


Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the DWP account, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to agreed objectives.
  • Analyse operational data and produce reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.


We're looking for:

  • Experience within Continuous Improvement, Business Performance, or Project Coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, or similar reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
