Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and online channels
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
• Process requests, orders and account updates
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Follow up with customers when required
• Help maintain consistently high customer-service standards

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is desirable

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident speaking with customers by telephone
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Professional, patient and approachable manner
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer-management systems
• Able to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
