The company is working in partnership with a community of more than 1500 authors and illustrators! For 2018/2019, our challenges are many, one of which is the translation of our children's books in English. That's why we need a motivated individual to help with this project and grow Whisperies. 35 - 39 hours per week
Between €500 and €600 Per Month

What are you going to do:

Working with the publishing team and accompanied by our editor, you will be in charge of the following projects:

  • Participate in the editorial process of our children's books catalog in English
  • Translate and edit short stories for children from French into English
  • Participate in the editorial compliance of English-language books accompanied by our publisher
  • Organize and participate in the recording of the stories (with option for participation in the voice over process)
  • Participate in the creation of new digital books accompanied by our publisher by creating sound edits and animations using our software

About you :

  • Native English speakers, you have a background in literature and/or passion for digital technology and the children's world.
  • You command of speaking and writing English language is excellent (spelling/grammar) and you can demonstrate attention to detail when it comes to editing.
  • You want to develop your storytelling skills and excited by the idea of being part of the voice over process to bring the stories to life. You are familiar with the use of digital tools and software.
  • You like working in a young and dynamic atmosphere.
