Campaign Assistant

Support live customer-acquisition campaigns and see how strong execution turns a brand brief into measurable results.

LOCATION: Milton Keynes, UK

WORKING HOURS: Full-time, Monday–Friday

START DATE: Immediate availability preferred

CAMPAIGN ENVIRONMENTS: Face-to-Face B2B, B2C and Events

The opportunity

At Relay Direct Ltd, we create measurable growth for client brands through conversations that happen in person. You will join a supportive campaign team and gain practical exposure across customer engagement, sales and marketing.

A typical day may include

• Prepare for daily campaign activity and customer engagement
• Deliver approved brand messages in face-to-face settings
• Support lead capture, customer sign-ups and campaign administration
• Communicate field observations and customer responses
• Help maintain high standards of presentation and compliance

You’ll do well here if you are

• Organised, adaptable and attentive to detail
• Comfortable balancing customer interaction with campaign tasks
• A clear communicator who works well in a fast-moving team
• Interested in practical marketing and campaign delivery rather than digital content production
