Team Assistant | London | Permanent

£40-45k DOE | 4:1 Hybrid offering


Our client - a leading property consultancy with great offices in the West End - is seeking an organised and proactive Team Assistant to support approximately a partner and extended team. A varied role combining team administration, business support, document production, travel coordination, finance administration and events, this is a superb opportunity for someone who likes being busy and working across diverse projects. This is a long standing client that has a great track record of staff retention and offers great progression opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to partners and wider teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodation and events.
  • Prepare professional bids, presentations, client documents and project profiles.
  • Maintain project information, portals, and financial trackers.
  • Assist with invoicing, receipting, fee forecasts and project administration.
  • Support business development through content and document production.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and provide guidance on internal tools and processes.
  • Manage correspondence, calls and queries professionally.
  • Proofread documents and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide holiday cover and general administrative support across the wider team.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

About You

  • Strong administration experience within a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Experience supporting senior colleagues and wider teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly with financial and project data.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Adobe InDesign experience is desirable.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical and commercial awareness.
  • Discreet and confident handling sensitive information.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and work independently under pressure.
  • Proactive, personable and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience organising client events or hospitality is desirable, with knowledge of London venues an advantage.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or similar Microsoft tools would be beneficial
  • InDesign experince useful
