  • Producing weekly look-ahead programmes and driving progress
  • Managing directly employed operatives and subcontractors
  • Maintaining health, safety and environmental standards
  • Monitoring quality throughout the project
  • Keeping accurate site records and progress reports
  • Identifying variations, delays and cost risks early
  • Leading client meetings, handover and project close-out
  •

What we are looking for:

  • Site Manager experience, or an experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to progress
  • Experience delivering projects valued between £250,000 and £5 million
  • Strong new-build or refurbishment knowledge, with an understanding of groundworks and civils
  • Ability to read drawings, understand technical details and identify issues early
  • Confidence managing operatives and subcontractors
  • SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
  • Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
