International Program Coordinator in Barcelona

The International Program Coordinator role is divided in two missions, each of them for a duration of 14-15 weeks. The first mission is within one of Absolute Internship's business unit in the main office in Barcelona. The second mission is during the program in one the 12 program locations of AbsoluteInternship.

THE ROLE:

Part 1: Integrate a Business Unit

Barcelona from January to mid of May (15 weeks)

• Combine your strengths in customer service (English) to help our students discover the world. Your role is to assist one of the following teams:

Enrollment Team

• Sales, Online Marketing, Students' admission interviews, University relations, Students' recruitment

Operations Team

• Program organization, Students Housings, Pre Departure material, Webinars, Program Compliance

Placement Team

• Internship matching process, Companies' relations, Company Visit organization
• You will report directly to a Business Unit Manager.

Part 2: Program Coordinator

Selected destination from Mid May to August (14 weeks)

The Program Coordinator serves in multiple roles throughout the summer from marketing, to resident advising to event planning. In essence, the role of the Program Coordinator is to work as the primary point of contact for all communication between students and Absolute Internship in the selected
destination.

The Program Coordinator's Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and supervise program events and program logistics for students with given budget together with the Operations Team
• Act as a role model for participants by conducting yourself in a mature, responsible,professional throughout the program time
• Lead and support in the areas of customer service, resident advising, marketing and promotions, community building, and event planning and execution
• Collect marketing material such as photos and videos from students
• Be "on call" 24/7 in case of any and all emergencies
• Go on "employer site visits" to document the internship experience
