What are you going to do:
You will be working on a wide range of interesting and varied surveys for clients such as government bodies, public organisations and large businesses, finding out the public's views on different topics to help these clients develop policies or products, assess the effectiveness of their advertising and communications and measure customer satisfaction.
There is absolutely no selling involved – Beaufort is a member of the Market Research Society and all work is carried out strictly in accordance with the MRS ethicalCode of Conduct.
What we offer:
- Work is available immediately at our Cardiff city centre office - throughout the working day and evening, with shifts running 10am to 4pm and 4pm to 8.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts are also available.
- Our work is of a flexible nature, interviewers are free to work as many or as few shifts as they want, but reliability is essential.

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- The position requires a confident, polite telephone manner. Previous telephone experience would be an advantage but is not essential. The ability to speak Welsh is an advantage, but not essential.
- Must be comfortable using computers and must have good communication skills.
