Silverstone Museum | Zero Hours Fixed-Term Contract

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable visitor experiences? Silverstone Museum is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Visitor Welcome Team Members to join our team, with weekend availability essential.

As one of the first faces our visitors see, you'll provide a warm welcome, assist with enquiries, support visitor flow throughout the museum, and help create an engaging and enjoyable experience for all guests. You'll also support events, activities, and commercial opportunities across the museum.

We're looking for people who are:

• Friendly, positive and approachable
• Confident communicating with a wide range of visitors
• Proactive and able to use their initiative
• Flexible and willing to work across different areas of the museum
• Available to work weekends, peak periods and school holidays
