Job Title: Technology Operations Analyst

Location: Birmingham, UK

Hybrid Mode -3 days work from office

This is Fixed term contract role

Required Experience -9+ years

Area: Operations Management

Role Summary

Operate patch governance processes, KPI reporting and audit remediation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.
• Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Implement automation and operational best practices where applicable.

Technical Skills : ITIL, Governance, Patch Management, Risk Management

Preferred Skills :Enterprise-scale operations experience, stakeholder management, automation mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
